Roughly 70% of our projects are Design-Build. GENERAL CONTRACTING AND
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

With over 50 years of general contracting and construction experience Careage Construction understands how to streamline the construction process to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget. Careage Construction understands the importance of project communication, transparency, and information flow to the entire project team. We hold weekly (OAC), Subcontractor, and Safety Meetings.  

During our OAC meetings, we review the overall project status and address the following items:
