Position:
Careage Construction Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee various projects.

Responsibility:
• Overall accountability for all aspects of each project: Schedule, Budget, Quality
• Supervise and lead the project team (superintendent, foremen, PE’s, project manager assistant)
• Responsible for Contract Administration, prepare all subcontract and owner agreements
• Overall responsibility for coordinating all construction activities with project team, owners, and subcontractors.
• Responsible for project buyout and closeout
• Work with superintendent to create CPM and update as required
• Coordinate daily construction activities with superintendent and project engineer
• Work with PE and superintended as needed to prepare and issue RFI’s • Conduct weekly subcontractor meetings and OAC meetings
• Responsible for Change Management, prepare and facilitate owner and internal change owners
• Facilitate weekly Safety Meetings
• Facilitate Pre-construction / Pre-Installation Meetings
• Maintain QC Standards
• Ensure Contract Compliance
• Safety Compliance
• Provide Constructability Reviews during Pre-Construction

Requirements:
• 4-10 years in commercial, healthcare, and/or multi-family projects
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
• Experience with Blue Beam, MS Office, MS Project, Suretrack
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Strong Planning and Negotiating shills
• Ability to collaboratively lead teams
• Experience in leading pre-construction
• Experience in real estate development is preferred Careage
