Position:
Careage Construction Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join our team. The project engineer will work under the direction of the Project Manager and Superintendent.

Responsibility:
• Prepare, distribute, monitor and coordinate the RFI process
• Prepare and coordinate OAC and Subcontractor Meeting Minutes
• Post and Update Live Construction Drawings
• Work with project team to facilitate construction submittal packages
• Coordinate daily construction activities with superintendent and project manager
• Aid Project Manager and Superintendent with Change Order Management, prepare and facilitate owner and internal change owners
• Work with project team to maintain safety compliance
• Work with project manager and superintendent Facilitate weekly Safety Meetings
• Prepare Pre-construction / Pre-Installation Meet Minutes
• Preform construction take-off as needed
• Provide pre-construction support as needed
• Provide estimating support as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
• 2-4 years in commercial, healthcare, and/or multi-family projects
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
• Experience with Blue Beam, MS Office, MS Project
• BA in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Strong Planning and Negotiating skills
